I loved being able to visit Gold Bug Park & Mine, which was just a short drive away, and the charming Bell Tower area was perfect for taking a nice stroll with beautiful views. the place felt clean and had a nice outdoor sitting area to relax and enjoy a drink before heading out for dinner.

Very clean room. The King bed was super comfy, and the bathroom had great pressure. Conveniently located for visiting nearby attractions like Apple Hill.

The noise from the highway was unbearable!!! Rooms lack insulation, which makes sleep difficult. Also, no hangers in the closet – how hard is it to provide some? Plus, it felt a bit too much like surveillance with those cameras everywhere!!!

Check-in was a breeze, and the front desk attendant was super nice, making me feel welcome right away. The room was clean and cozy, with a mini fridge, microwave, and an awesome air conditioner that kept everything comfortable during my stay. I especially loved that it was quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day of exploring nearby attractions like Gold Bug Park & Mine, just a short drive away. I had everything I needed, including convenient parking right outside my room.

I had a dog with me and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. The accessible shower with that cushioned seat really made my stay much more comfortable during my recovery.

It wasn’t cheap, but still reasonable given the circumstances.

Access to Highway 50 made traveling convenient, though there was some noise from nearby traffic at times.

i had a great stay at gold trail motor lodge. the room was clean and well-equipped, especially the accessible bathroom with a cushioned bench in the shower. also, the location is really close to downtown, making it easy to grab food and run errands. the owner was friendly and offered help when he saw my situation with my broken leg.

the mattress was a bit too firm for my liking.
